Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the 111 bd platform ("Site", "Platform" or "we") and all its users ("you", "member" or "player"). By accessing the site, opening an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are given below:

Account Registration and Eligibility

Opening an account at 111 bd and participating in any gaming activity is permitted only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Use of the site by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account, if identified, will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be considered void.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently available for depositing funds into your 111 bd account are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Verification and processing of requests generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in other currencies are not possible.

4.4 Third-Party Funds

You may only deposit funds into your account from a payment method registered in your own name. Using a payment method operated under someone else's account or name is prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement to claim this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. The general rules are given below:

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless specifically stated in its terms.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses will result in account cancellation.
• 111 bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended for entertainment play only. Applying hedging or any other systematic strategy to guarantee profit from a bonus will be considered bonus abuse, and the relevant bonus along with any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on 111 bd are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the platform will attempt to find the best resolution, though compensation cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game. Specific bet limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other recognised studios. In live games, the dealer's decision is final. If the connection is lost, automatic bet settlement rules will apply.

6.4 Sports Betting

Separate rules apply for each market and event in sports betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the betting rules. If there is any ambiguity in a result, 111 bd's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Unauthorised interference with or attempts to hack the platform's systems or software.
• Using computer bots, automation software or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimising illegal funds.
• Colluding or coordinating strategies with other members.
• Collecting personal information of other members or creating security threats.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Claiming bonuses using false or misleading information.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform's Rights

111 bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms. In such situations, a valid balance is generally returned, but bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be cancelled.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may also request closure of your account by notifying the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. Advance notice will be given by email in such cases.
